Monarch Parksuites is a sprawling complex of nearly two hectares along scenic Manila Bay and comprises four residential towers with a wide open court in the middle that will serve as an activity center for future residents of this privileged community.
The four towers are named after the most famous castles and palaces in Europe like Windsor, Buckingham, Kensington and Balmoral, which all have Gothic architectural influences that are also much present in Dutch architecture.
Water has been a powerful influence in the evolution of Dutch architectural style. This also became part of the design inspiration for Monarch Parksuites which is situated by the sea.
The whole Monarch Parksuites development is also poised to become a dominant residential enclave at the ASEANA Business Park and the Bay City where it is strategically located between the SM Mall of Asia complex and the Pagcor Entertainment City.
